Arnaud Mendy and Sahr Kabba were the special guests at Cherry Willingham Community School's Junior Awards Evening on Thursday.
This was the first time the school had held such an event and to mark the occasion the duo were invited to present awards to Year 7, 8 and 9 students who achieved success during the past academic year.
After the presentation ceremony, students were handed tickets for the Chesterfield friendly on July 19th with Commercial Manager Russell Moore quick to highlight the importance of Club representation at such events.
"The players thoroughly enjoyed being part of a fantastic evening that celebrated the students' achievements," said Moore, who accompanied the players at the school.
"Everyone behind the scenes here at Lincoln City wants to take the Club to the public of Lincoln and we want to give something back in return for the fantastic support we receive.
"With that in mind if anyone wants players or Club staff to attend a presentation night, corporate event, etc then please do not hesitate in contacting me."
