Lincoln City FC Sport & Education Trust are a registered charity, based at Lincoln City Football Club. They are an independent organisation that delivers projects and other initiatives in five key themes of work, whilst promoting the name of Lincoln City Football Club in the local and wider community through our engagement work:

Health - they increase general health and well-being through physical activity and sport. They deliver healthy workshops in relation to the importance of diet, nutrition, personal hygiene and exercise

Education - they deliver a range of vocational qualifications and specific educational workshops with a key message in schools, colleges and at their organisation's base. The qualifications they deliver are NGB/Sports Leaders UK courses, a range of NVQ’s and Btec’s at different levels to suit a learners individual needs and abilities. Their themed workshops include leadership, social responsibility, anti-bullying and alcohol/substance misuse.

Disability Activities - they provide recreational/physical activity and sport for those with physical and mental disabilities to offer inclusive opportunities. This also provides a break for full time carers, parents and siblings.

Social Inclusion - they use sport and physical activity as a vehicle to integrate communities and breakdown barriers that exist in the local demographic area regarding age, gender, disability, ethnic and social backgrounds. They deliver interactive workshops regarding disability awareness, anti-racism, discrimination, stereotyping and celebrating cultural diversity.

Sports Participation - they create opportunities for maximum participation in health-related activities and sport to aid the benefits of good general health and well-being. They deliver sport and leisure activities in rural areas where transport is an issue and also in areas of deprivation to reduce the cost of participation and travel by making the engagement more accessible for those hardest to reach.
