Tonight's Vanarama Conference game at Torquay United has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
Heavy rain in Devon over the course of the weekend and again on Monday saw sections of the Plainmoor playing surface under standing water this morning and despite a valiant effort by groundstaff to get the pitch playable, a lengthy inspection by Football Conference official Brett Huxtable commencing 1.00pm brought about a decision to postpone the fixture 45 minutes later.
A new date will be announced in due course.
