Family Fun Day To Celebrate 125 Years

Posted on: Thu 28 Jan 2010

Pre-match entertainment and celebrations to mark first ever game 125 years ago!

To celebrate the anniversary of the Club's first ever game 125 years ago, the Imps home game with Aldershot on Saturday October 3rd will be designated as a family fun day.

Last season the Imps held a highly successful fun day for the fixture against Morecambe in September and we will be repeating the event to coincide with the landmark occasion.

The day will also see the Imps celebrate Lincolnshire Day which takes place on 1st October and celebrates everything that is Lincolnshire!

Supported by match sponsors for the day, Lincolnshire Co-operative, there will once again be a host of activities on the astroturf before the game for children and grown ups to enjoy.

Further information on the day will be announced in the run up to the event.
