The Lincoln City Supporters Trust, working in conjunction with the Football Club, launch the 3C's initiative in 2003, allowing supporters to have a further say in the running of Lincoln City Football Club.
"The 3 C's" stand for Compliments, Comments, Complaints in respect of the, Football Club and the Trust and the Trust want to hear from supporters with any of these 'C's'.
Now any supporter can let his or her voice be heard on any of the issues that they wish to raise with the Club and Trust, hopefully leading to a satisfactory outcome.
How does this initiative work?
If anyone has something they wish to raise whether it be good, bad or ugly regarding the Football Club or the Supporters Trust they should contact Andy Townsend via e-mail or telephone. These issues will then be logged and passed on to the relevant people at the Football Club and/or Trust who will carry out a full investigation into the matter. The Club will then respond directly to the supporter and inform them of the results of the Club's investigations and actions. A similar response will be sent from the Trust on their matters. Andy Townsend will also receive a copy of the response to keep on file to ensure the actions are fully implemented.
All issues will be dealt within an agreed set timetable so that those issues are not just left somewhere in a tray and forgotten about as may have happened in the past. All matters of the Football Club and Supporters Trust will be covered with the exception of the playing staff and management and of course any confidentiality that cannot be broken.
Other than that if you have a Compliment, Comment or Complaint to raise from the catering to the toilets, from the seating arrangements to the Office opening hours, from the Trust membership fee to its running, then we want to hear from you.
Lincoln City is a community-owned Football Club and through this initiative the Trust wants to see the community have more of say in the running of the Football Club.
And so, if you have any of "The 3C's" you wish to raise please contact Andy Townsend on andy.townsend@redimps.com or telephone during the day on 07743 187 333 or after 6pm on 01522 879304.
