John Aldridge *limited spaces*

The former Liverpool star and Republic of Ireland international had an incredible goal scoring record throughout his career and his clubs included Newport County, Oxford United, Liverpool, Real Sociedad and Tranmere Rovers whom he also managed for six years.

Now a regular in the media with punditry and commentary work, Aldridge has many stories to tell from his time in football and is a popular after dinner speaker on the circuit.

Norman Whiteside

The former Manchester United star made 206 appearances for his club side and was capped 38 times for Northern Ireland including in two World Cups where he broke Pele's record of being the youngest ever player to play in the World Cup Finals in 1982.

A knee injury brought a premature end to his career at just 26 and life after football has seen him as a regular on the after dinner circuit, part of the 'legends' tours at Old Trafford as well as appearances on television including Sky Sports Soccer AM as part of comedy sketches.

Former Arsenal and England midfielder Paul Merson will be visiting Sincil Bank for our final Sportsman's Dinner of the season.

Merson made over 600 career appearances for a number of Clubs but the majority of which came in an illustrious spell for the Gunners where he made 327 appearances in and Arsenal shirt. Capped 21 times by his country, he has been no stranger to controversy in his career. Now a regular pundit for Sky Sports and after dinner speaker, Merson recently made an appearance at Sincil Bank in the Keith Alexander Benefit Game in May 2010.

The evening includes a three course meal and tables of 10 are available priced at £390 + vat for each event. There is a discounted package offer available of £700 + vat for confirming attendance at two of the dinners while booking your place at all three dinners will entitle you to the price of £1,000 + vat.
