Supporters who have ordered a copy of City's Centenary, a book celebrating Lincoln City's first 100 seasons in the Football League, are advised that copies have now arrived at Sincil Bank Stadium and are available for collection.
We were originally planning to launch the book at the Community Day on Sunday but a delay at the binding company put the delivery date back 48 hours and so delaying the official launch.
Having now received delivery, we are pleased to announce that supporters who had pre-ordered the book can now collect theirs from the Club Shop at Sincil Bank whilst those who required their copy to be posted out will receive their copy within a week.
Featuring over 200 pages of editorial and photographs, City's Centenary covers the achievements, records, facts and statistics from the Imps' first 100 seasons in the Football League whilst it also incorporates the Top 100 Lincoln City League Legends, as voted for by the supporters during the summer of 2006 to mark the 100 season milestone.
With a foreword by Colin Murphy, City's Centenary has been produced by the Club's Media Manager John Vickers, who has edited the Imps' award winning matchday programme since 2002 and the Club's official website since 1998, and also features interviews with a number of the aforementioned legends, including Percy Freeman and Graham Taylor OBE.
The book is priced at £14.95 and can be ordered via our ONLINE SHOP or by calling the Commercial Department on 01522 563783.
