Beevers' Dislocation Confirmed

Posted on: Sat 03 Nov 2007

Physio Michael Wait says that Lee Beevers will be out for the "foreseeable future", after the defender dislocated his right shoulder during Friday night's game against Chester City.

Beevers was forced off during the first half of the 1-0 defeat against Chester and initial fears of a dislocation were confirmed by doctors when he was taken straight off to hospital.

"Lee went under anaesthetic to have his shoulder put back in place but he's back home now and will rest up for a few days before he'll be seen by a specialist in shoulder injuries," said Wait.

"It's too early to say how long he'll be out of action but it will definitely be for the forseeable future."
