With the final between Sir Francis Hill primary school and Manor Leas Primary School scheduled for this Saturday, FITC coach Damien Parkinson takes a look back at this season's Domino's Cup.
This season's Domino's Cup started with sixteen teams from primary schools across Lincolnshire taking part.
The highlight of the tournament was the wonder strike from Ross Wilding. A Meadows' defender cleared the danger with a header only for Ross to hit a volley from the half way line that flew into the back of the net.
To reach the final, Sir Francis Hill had to overcome Bishop King in the first round, a fantastic goalkeeping display by Saxilby's Harry Atkinson in the quarter finals, and then a strong St Hugh's side in the semi finals.
Free scoring Manor Leas started this season's tournament scoring four goals in their opening two matches to see off St Peter at Gowts in the first round and then Myle Cross in the quarter finals. Manor Leas then met the Meadows in the semi finals and only narrowly defeated them with a very hard working performance.
The tournament has been very tight with a lot of the games having gone right down to the wire, which is a great testament to the very high standard of the football being played by the schools.
