The family of the late John Reames have contacted the Club with details of the funeral service.

Following the death of John Reames, his family have asked the Club to announce the following information.

There will be a private funeral service on Monday 19 May 2008 and the family would ask all to respect the privacy of this service.

There will however be an official memorial service at a later date where everyone will be welcome to attend. Details of this service, along with details on flowers and donations, will be announced in due course.

The family would like to thank everyone for respecting the above.

The Club would also like to advise that they are currently in talks with the family with regard to erecting a permanent memorial at Sincil Bank Stadium, as well as a sign of respect at the first League game of the 2008/09 season in August.
