Frank Sinclair looks set to return to the squad for City's first home game of the 2008/09 Coca-Cola League 2 season.
Having missed City's first two competitive matches of the season, manager Peter Jackson is hopeful that defender Frank Sinclair will feature in tomorrow's game against the Daggers after returning to training on Thursday.
Stefan Oakes is Jacko's only real doubt for the game having picked up a dead leg during the midweek cup tie at Derby County. If the midfielder fails to shake off his injury it could open the door for Lee Frecklington to start.
"It was a better performance on Tuesday evening against a strong Derby side," said manager Peter Jackson.
"I couldn't have asked for any more from my players but now is the time for them to deliver and start getting points on the board. If we're going to finish in the top three we need to make Sincil Bank a fortress and that starts on Saturday."
Onto the visitors and John Still's side couldn't have got off to a better start last weekend when they put six goals past Chester City to put them top of League 2. Despite their midweek 2-1 defeat to Reading, the Daggers will be full of confidence with no fresh injury worries.
Expected to line-up against his former team tomorrow will be Peter Gain who joined the Daggers midway through last season from Peterborough United. The midfielder has scored twice against the Imps in recent years, although Dagenham haven't beaten City in the League at Sincil Bank.
