Enjoy The Match Campaign

Posted on: Wed 16 Dec 2009

Saturdays game against Rochdale was one of our official 'Enjoy The Match' fixtures.

The Football League initiative aims to tackle bad language and anti-social behaviour in all areas of the ground, especially the Family Areas.

All 72 League Clubs are taking part and making matchdays even more enjoyable for families and the message was reinforced on Saturday.

Manager Chris Sutton is fully behind the campaign and said, "Football is a family sport and we certainly do our bit here at Lincoln City with a number of popular initiatives in place.

He continued, "At the end of the day the youngsters of today are the supporters of tomorrow so it's important that Sincil Bank is a family-friendly and enjoyable place to be."

The Family Areas at Sincil Bank have proactive stewarding so that mum, dad and children can watch the game in a safe and friendly atmosphere.
