Lincolnshire FA Respect Presentations

Posted on: Thu 18 Mar 2010

Tuesday night's game against Dagenham saw Lincolnshire FA present certificates to representatives of local leagues that have signed up to Respect Campain.

By signing up to the Football Association's campaign, the leagues are committed to improving the environment that football is played in.

Twenty three leagues have signed up to the campaign across Lincolnshire and pictured here are representatives from the Grantham Youth League, Lincolnshire Intermediate League and the Lincolnshire League along with Paul Hamnett, the Football Development Officer for Lincolnshire FA.

The Respect campaign is committed to reducing bad behaviour and help with the recruitment of referees across the Country while establishing a better environment that football within the grassroots game is play in.

Three further leagues in Lincoln were also awarded the certificate but were unable to attend and these were; the Lincoln and District Sunday League, the Lincoln League and the Mid Lincs Youth League.
