We will once again be offering Season Ticket holders the opportunity to celebrate a special occassion by having their party with us with free room hire.

This is a massive saving of £180 for an evening party and another great benefit for being a Season Ticket Holder with the Imps.

Terms & Conditions for season ticket holders for 2011/12 season

1. The season ticket holder is entitled to one complementary room hire, excluding Saturday evenings.

2. The booking of the function room will require a booking form to be completed by the season ticket holder in the usual manner, and the season ticket holder's ticket must be written onto the booking form.

3. The season ticket holder must present their season ticket at the time of booking the function.

4. The season ticket holder must book the room hire in their name and for their own function. The room hire cannot be used by the season ticket holder for a third party.

5. The season ticket holder will be liable for any damage to the function room or stadium during the course of their function

6. The company will on completion of the booking form apply all normal terms and conditions of room hire.

7. The season ticket holder will be required to book our catering or DJ for their function

8. On no account will any further discounts be applied to the booking costs.
