The vastly experienced Paul Musselwhite is currently acting as number two to Rob Burch in his capacity of goalkeeping coach and with over 700 first class appearances to his name, brings a wealth of experience to the coaching team at Sincil Bank

Having started his career as a youngster with Portsmouth, Paul spent four years with Scunthorpe United before linking up with Port Vale for whom he made 312 League appearances for, the most for any goalkeeper in Vale's history. After eight years at Vale Park, Paul joined Hull City before returning to Scunthorpe and it was at Glanford Park where his League career came to a close in the summer of 2006.

Since then played for Kettering Town, Harrogate Town and Gateshead, winning promotion to the Blue Square Premier with the latter thanks to a play-off final success over Telford.
