Joe became the Club's first permanent signing of 2010 with the left-back penning a deal that will run until the summer of 2011.
Having worked his way through the youth ranks at Fulham, Joe signed professional terms with the Cottagers in 2008 and gained valuable experience during the second half of the 2008/09 season whilst on loan at Woking in the Blue Square Premier and he made his Fulham first team bow as a substitute in a Carling Cup clash with Manchester City at Eastlands in September 2009.
Joe was also involved in the Cottagers' squad for their Europa League matches against Amkar Perm, CSKA Sofia and FC Basel and made his City bow alongside Fulham counterparts Michael Uwezu and Matthew Saunders, as well as former team mate Adam Watts, in an FA Cup Third Round tie at Bolton Wanderers.
