PREVIEW: Imps v Ebbsfleet

The Imps welcome Ebbsfleet United to The 12th Imp Sincil Bank Stadium on Saturday, looking to get back to winning ways on home soil.

Although last Saturday's 3-2 home reverse to Macclesfield Town saw the Imps slip to a third successive loss, manager David Holdsworth was left to reflect on an impressive performance at Gateshead on Monday, which saw teenage substitute Conner Robinson salvage a deserved point a minute from time.

Last weekend's fixtures came at a cost, however, with Tom Miller missing both games after pulling up in the warm-up prior to the Macclesfield match whilst a dead-leg ruled his central defensive partner Andrew Boyce out of the Gateshead trip. Both players are highly unlikely to return in time for the Ebbsfleet match on Saturday and could well be doubts for next Tuesday's home game against Alfreton Town.

Elsewhere in his squad, Holdsworth will once again be without Adam Smith (hamstring) and Rob Duffy (ankle) and with Peter Bore only just back in full training, his options are limited, although these will be increased should international clearance come through to allow new signing Mamadou Fofana to be available for selection.

Kick-off at The 12th Imp Sincil Bank Stadium is 3.00pm with Jason Whiteley the match referee.
