The appointment of Red Imp Conference & Banqueting, a subsidiary company of Double M Catering Ltd, marks a new chapter for the Club which had been managing its own stadium catering services in-house.
Double M Catering Ltd has managed the public concourse catering services at the stadium since 2004, and through Red Imp Conference & Banqueting they will aim to maximise the revenue potential of all the hospitality and catering facilities available at Sincil Bank Stadium, ensuring the Club .
"We are pleased and excited about taking over as Red Imp Conference & Banqueting and aim to lift the standards to the highest level putting out homemade dishes and serving good beers and ales," said Double M Catering Ltd director Gary Burnett, who together with his partner Judy Sykes is the driving force behind the company.
"We will be opening on a daily basis offering quality coffees and cakes, as well as a lunch menu, whilst rooms are also available for your hire offering our in-house catering with different menus.

Over the last 20 years Double M Catering Ltd have diversified from being a small family business starting in Sincil Street in Lincoln city centre to managing catering concessions and bars as well as preparing hundreds of meals on site at prestigious shows like The Lincolnshire Show and The Grapevine.
They employ around 50 people on a regular basis, having chefs, cooks, silver service, bar and waiting staff so they can cater for any kind of event.
With the privilege of working and running the food kiosks at Sincil Bank Stadium, achieving the highest level of a five-star rating, Double M Catering Ltd have expanded again this year by being awarded the public catering at Grimsby Town as well as Scunthorpe United.
They are also seen at many racecourses, mainly at York, Market Rasen, Nottingham, Beverley and Pontefract.
"The creation of Red Imp Conference & Banqueting is a major step forward as we look strive to improve and diversify the services that we provide on match days and weekdays," said CEO Steve Prescott.
"Gary Burnett is highly experienced in delivering a wide range of bar and catering services across the country and will implement the changes that are necessary to increase vital revenues for the Club from bar & catering.
