NOTICE CONVENING A SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE SOCIETY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special General Meeting of the Society will be held in the Trust Suite at Sincil Bank Stadium, Lincoln on 10 January 2013 at 7.30pm for the transaction of the following business:-
1. To receive and consider the Statement of Accounts for the Year ending 31st December 2011 and the Examiner's Report thereon.
The register of eligible members was closed on 17 December 2012 until after the Meeting. Members eligible to attend and vote must have a £1 share in the Society and have been a full paid up member as at 17 December 2012.

A member who is entitled to attend and vote at this Meeting may appoint a Proxy, who need not also be a member, to attend and vote on his/her behalf as outlined in the Rules. The Proxy Form must be returned to the Secretary by 8 January 2013 at Lincoln City Supporters' Society, The Club Office, Lincoln City Football Club, Sincil Bank Stadium, Lincoln, LN5 8LD.
