It was the turn of the youngsters of St. Faith and St.Martin Junior School to have a City surprise on Tuesday afternoon with Conal Platt and Nicky Nicolau paying them a special visit.
Promoting this weekend's big game against Luton Town, Platt and Nicolau joined Lincoln City Sport & Education Trust at the school and after being on the receiving end of a sports leaders question and answer session, the duo took part in a range of activities inside the school hall with their competitive streak certainly standing out.
Inspiring the youngsters to a productive sports lesson, the pair then helped promote Poacher's Family Club in the build up to the match against the Hatters.
The visit is one of a number planned to primary schools during the course of the week and forms part of a range of promotional activities for the Luton match, which are outlined in the latest Boardroom Blog.
