The draw has been made today for the 2013 Keith Alexander Memorial Tournament sponsored by The Lincolnshire Echo.
Gary Simpson and Grant Brown performed the draw and they produced the following ties:-
Saturday 17th August:
Group A: Scunthorpe United, Hull City, Grimsby Town, Boston United
Group B: Norwich City, Peterborough United, Lincoln City, Burton Albion
Sunday 18th August:
Group A: Hull City, Grimsby Town, Burton Albion, Lincoln College
Group B: Scunthorpe United, Lincoln City B, Peterborough United, St Helens
Group C: Norwich City, Lincoln City A, Boston United, Lincoln United
The tournament is being played at Ravendale Drive, Lincoln, LN2 2JN.
First matches kick off at 10:00am. Supporters and spectators welcome.
All proceeds from the tournament will go directly to the Future Imps Fund which was launched in April to attract new investment into the Club to help sustain the Youth Academy. Keith Alexander himself was a huge supporter of the Club's Youth Department and this annual event is a fitting tribute to his memory.
