Tickets, costing only £1, will be on sale around the stadium before Saturday's match against Forest Green Rovers and just before half-time there will be a draw when three tickets will be pulled out.
The holders of these tickets will be invited onto the hallowed turf during the half-time interval to have a go at hitting the crossbar with one kick of a football from within the centre circle.
The prize, should one of the lucky winners hit the crossbar, is a £700 voucher for James Usher & Son Jewellers. If no-one hits the crossbar, then the prize fund will increase by £100 per fixture.
The competition will be run on all Saturday home league fixtures only and the first person to hit the cross bar ends the competition on that day. So potentially you could be kicking for over £2,000 during the season!
"I would like to thank Scott Ward of James Usher & Son Jewellers for his help and commitment in getting this competition up and running," said Commercial Manager Russell Moore.
"It promises to be an exciting competition and one which will bring about some great fan interaction from the stands. Good luck to everyone who enters!"
