Gary Simpson has strengthened his attacking options with the acquisition of Hereford United striker Chris Sharp on a month-long loan deal.
Sharp, who joined Hereford from AFC Telford United at the beginning of the year, will be with the Imps until December 10th 2013 and permission has been granted for him to appear in the FA Carlsberg Trophy.
The 27-year-old, the son of ex-Everton and Scotland striker Graeme Sharp, was a prolific goalscorer in the Welsh Premier League for Bangor and The New Saints prior to joining Telford, and featured in the Champions League, UEFA Cup and Europa League during his time in Wales.
He has been handed the number 25 squad shirt and will go straight into the squad for Tuesday night's Skrill Premier trip to Southport.
