Striker Jordan Burrow has received a call-up in to the main England C squad for Tuesday's International Challenge Trophy Group A fixture with Turkey B in Istanbul.
Burrow, initially part of the contingency squad for the game which will take place at Basaksehir Fatih Terim Stadium, kick off 4.00pm (local time), received the call on Saturday evening following the completion of the day's domestic fixtures.
Following England’s 1-0 defeat in Slovakia in May, this match has become a must-win game as the Three Lions need to pick up six points from their remaining two games, which also includes the home clash with Estonia in November.
Hosts Turkey know that a point from this game will be enough to see them through to the semi-final.
