Lincoln City FC Sport & Education Trust have four vacancies to join their team.

They are looking to recruit for a Healthy Lifestyles Co-ordinator to deliver their Thumbs Up To Health Programme, an NCS Programme Manager and 2 x NCS Programme Co-ordinators to deliver a new contract where you will be responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating an NCS programme for 200 young people aged 16 to 17 from Lincolnshire.

All successful applicants will receive full training within the job role and be part of the Lincoln City team where we aim to inspire lives within your community.

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE CO-ORDINATOR

WEEKLY HOURS: Full Time – Minimum 37 Hours including evenings and weekends
DURATION: Contract until 31st August 2015 (contract extension subject to funding)
SALARY: £18,000 per year 
LOCATION: Based at Lincoln City FC Sport & Education Trust Office
RESPONSIBLE TO: LCFCSET Trust Manager
REPORTING TO: Programme Volunteers

PURPOSE OF POST:
1. Deliver the ‘Thumbs Up to Health’ Healthy Lifestyles Programme for the Sport & Education Trust with the aim of increasing participation and reducing health inequalities
2. Support external partners to deliver their outcomes whilst meeting the targets set by the trust.
3. Ensure sustainability for the Sport & Education Trust’s Health objectives and delivery.
4. Identify and engage with individuals from agreed target groups and communities.
5. Support individuals in learning how to make better health choices and supporting them in initiating and sustaining appropriate behavioural changes.
6. Help people to find and use the services they need.
7. Provide people with accurate and reliable information about a range of health issues.
8. Record and report activity and results.
9. Work within the policies and procedures of the employing organisation.
10. Undertake further training and development as required.

NCS PROGRAMME MANAGER

WEEKLY HOURS: Full Time – Minimum 37 Hours including evenings, weekends and holidays (including residential weeks)
DURATION: Contract 2nd January 2015 to 31st October 2015 (contract extension subject to funding)
SALARY: £15,000 for contract period (equivalent to £18,000 per year) 
LOCATION: Office Based within Education Business Partnership (EBP) in Lincoln
RESPONSIBLE TO: LCFCSET Trust Manager
REPORTING TO: 2 x NCS Programme Co-ordinators and Mentors

PURPOSE OF POST:
Lincoln City FC Sport & Education Trust is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, charismatic and dedicated National Citizen Service (NCS) Programme Manager to organise and deliver our 2015 NCS project for young people aged 16-17 in the Lincolnshire area. The successful candidate must have project management experience and have work experience of working in a youth or community setting.

The programme Manager will be forging links within their cluster of schools, colleges, businesses and the wider community, to engage with the promotion of NCS. The Programme Manager will be responsible for the successful planning and delivery of National Citizen Service (NCS), ensuring all tasks are carried out on time and to the highest standard. Responsibilities include the recruitment of young people, working to individual sign up targets, planning of programme and the identification / organisation of Social Action projects, including securing resources and donations. The post holder will be required to act as a NCS Cohort Lead during NCS delivery periods, this involves working directly with young people (age 15/16+) and managing the performance of Mentors. 

2 x NCS PROGRAMME CO-ORDINATOR

WEEKLY HOURS: Full Time – Minimum 37 Hours including evenings, weekends and holidays (including residential weeks)
DURATION: Contract Starts 2nd January 2015 till 31st October 2015 (contract extension subject to funding)
SALARY: £12,500 for contract period (equivalent to £15,000 per year) 
LOCATION: Office Based within Education Business Partnership (EBP) in Lincoln
RESPONSIBLE TO: NCS Programme Manager
REPORTING TO: None

PURPOSE OF POST:
Lincoln City FC Sport & Education Trust is seeking to appoint two enthusiastic, charismatic and dedicated National Citizen Service (NCS) Programme Co-ordinators to recruit young people onto our 2015 NCS project for young people aged 16-17 in the Lincolnshire area. The successful candidates must have experience of working in a youth or community setting.

Responsibilities include recruitment of young people, working to individual sign up targets, planning of programme and the identification / organisation of Social Action Projects including securing resources and donations.
