We've received confirmation from the Football Association that we will travel to Nantwich Town on Tuesday 20 December in the First Round of the Buildbase FA Trophy.
Shaw Lane Association's appeal against a charge of a breach of FA Trophy rules relating to player eligibility in the Third Round Qualifying was dismissed earlier today and as a result Nantwich have been awarded Shaw Lane’s place in the First Round Proper.The match will be played at The Weaver Stadium on Tuesday 20 December 2016, ko 7.45pm with the winners travelling to Gateshead in the Second Round. Agreement has also been reached between both clubs that there will be no replay and the game will be played to a conclusion on the night so should scores be level after 90 minutes, extra-time and possibly penalties will decide the winners.
As a result of this outcome, our Vanarama National League game at Solihull Moors will need to be rearranged again.
Admission prices for the Nantwich game will be as follows:-
Adults: £10
Concessions: £7
Juniors: £3
Supporters who purchased tickets for the cancelled Shaw Lane fixture will be able to obtain a full refund by returning their tickets in person to the LCFC Ticket Office during normal office hours.
