Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the company will be held in the Travis Perkins Suite, Sincil Bank Stadium, Lincoln on Thursday 10 March 2016 at 7.30pm.
All shareholders are invited to attend.
The register of shareholders will be closed for transfers from 26 February 2016 until after the meeting convened by the notice set out above.
