IMPORTANT NEWS FOR SEASON TICKET HOLDERS:
We have started to post out the new Lincoln City Season Ticket cards today which will gain you access to the stadium on match days.
First of all, thank you for your patience in what has been a busy time for the Club. The staff have been busy behind the scenes preparing the cards and getting them ready to post out to you so that you can use your card for the first time in our fixture against Morecambe on 12th August.
We need your help. In the time period between us ordering the season ticket cards and posting them out to you, some of you have moved your seat. When your card arrives, can you please check the seat details shown on your card and make sure it shows the seat that you have been allocated. If it does then you don’t need to take any action. If it shows different seat details to the seat you have been allocated then e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us your name and your allocated seat details (not what it says on your season ticket card); and a telephone number where you can be contacted.
Even if your card shows the wrong seat details it will still give you access to the stadium on match days so keep your card and bring it with you on match day to gain entry to the stadium. Once in the stadium, sit in your allocated seat – not in the seat shown on your card.
Finally, when the new season ticket cards arrived with us we noticed that they all say ‘Adult’ on them. Don’t worry about this. It is simply a printing error. This will be rectified on the next batch of cards that we produce.
In addition to your card, you can download your season ticket on to your smart phone or you can download it as a pdf and print it out at home. Whichever method you choose, it will only work once per match.
We may experience a few teething problems in the first few matches as we all get used to using the new season tickets on match days. Please bear with us, we will all learn together and we will improve as each match goes by.
