Following the recent issues in relation to the iFollow service, we would like to remind supporters that we are in constant contact with our partners who provide the service for both the audio and visual aspects of the matchday output.
We would like to assure subscribers that we as a club, the EFL and their technical partners, Realise and Neulion, are continually working together to resolve the difficulties that some subscribers to the service have experienced.
The iFollow platform is a new venture across the EFL this season and is being constantly monitored by Realise and Neulion on a regular basis and they are implementing software and technical updates to continually improve the quality of the output.
Whilst Neulion are looking at technical issues, we as a club are also looking at how we can improve what we provide in terms of the quality of content to provide the Imps’ fans the service that they deserve, and we soon hope to have some exciting additions to come to the platform for subscribers.
In the meantime if you do have any issues with the iFollow service please be reminded that the Imps iFollow is managed by the EFL’s partners, Realise and Neulion, who provide the following support services.

• By the live chat tool available on EFL Digital websites (manned 8am - 10pm Mon-Fri and match/event days running 3 hours before the match through to 3 hours after)
