INFORMATION: Everton Tickets

16 October 2017

We are aware of a problem regarding Season Ticket Holders attempting to purchase tickets for the Everton game in the Checkatrade Trophy.

The Ticket Office team have been working closely with Eventbrite over the weekend and today to resolve this.

Unfortunately, there is a problem with Eventbrite's mobile platform and app that is stopping Season Ticket Holders seeing their pre-sale ticket. The pre-sale ticket is available if you use a computer or laptop to access your Eventbrite account, but not when you use the mobile app

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience, but to access your priority ticket, for the moment you will have to use a desktop or laptop computer. You will also have to use a web browser to get to login into your Eventbrite account.

From there, if you follow the process that we have sent out previously, making sure you click the button 'Make a Payment', you can then purchase your ticket WITHOUT being challenged for a password.

The Ticket Office staff have tested this successfully today.

Eventbrite are aware that there is a problem with their app, and their mobile engineering team are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

As a result we are going to extend the purchase time for all ticket windows by 24 hours.

This means that Season Ticket Holders have until 10am on Wednesday to secure their seat.

VAT ON TICKETS ISSUE

Due to an error, we can't change this during pre-sales, but tickets in the general sale window will not have VAT added on to them, and a refund of the VAT will be made to every supporter affected by this by Eventbrite, once the pre-sales have finished.

Chief Executive Liam Scully, said: “We are disappointed that Eventbrite have not met our expectations ahead of this game, which is the first home cup fixture of our partnership. Going forward and on behalf of our supporters we have made our expectations very clear, however it is our absolute intention to work closely with our ticketing partner to achieve the levels of customer service that we are collaboratively aiming for.

“Lincoln City remain fully committed to our partnership and we will continue to work with Eventbrite to resolve this issue in the future. We sincerely apologise to our fans for the inconvenience caused and will do everything within our powers to find a full resolution as quickly as possible.”
