Due to a fault on a new item of catering equipment we encountered a power failure in a Coop Catering point ahead of the game against Morecambe on Saturday which resulted in the catering unit being without power for a significant period of time.
This power outage had an immediate effect on the products we were able to serve during the remainder of the game and including the half time break, this also effected the production of hot water for drinks. The problem has now been rectified with replacement equipment expected to arrive ahead of our forthcoming fixture against Newport County on Saturday.
While the matter could not have been foreseen we do recognise this caused a significant amount of disruption to our fans and for this we offer an unreserved apology to those who were inconvenienced.
