The Imps will face Chelsea U21’s in the Semi Final of the Checkatrade Trophy at Sincil Bank.
The draw took place this evening on Sky Sports and paired City with the academy setup of the Premier League giants who are the last remaining under 21 side in the competition.
In the opening round of the Trophy, The Imps beat Everton U21’s at Sincil Bank on their road to the last four and with this upcoming clash being shown on Sky TV. Remember, this is NOT a two legged semi final, so there is a trip to Wembley on the horizon for the victors, so it promises to be an enthralling encounter and as always the boys need your fantastic support.
The game at Sincil Bank will be played on Tuesday 6th February, kicking off at 7.45pm, we will announce ticket details for the game as soon as possible.
The other semi final sees Shrewsbury Town host the winners of Yeovil Town V Fleetwood on Tuesday 27th February kicking off at 7.45pm
