Following consultation with the Supporters Board, we can clarify the Season Ticket delivery/collection and verification process.

The below FAQ’s aim to answer all of your questions regarding postage/collection and we appreciate the feedback provided by supporters and thank you for your patience on this matter.

Summary

The club will be posting out all Season Tickets, unless collection is requested, ahead of the new season. Once Season Ticket cards have been delivered to the club, they will be processed and distributed as an immediate priority.

When will my Season Ticket be posted out?

It is anticipated Season Tickets will start to be posted out on the 1st August via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery ahead of the first home fixture versus Swindon Town on the 11th August.

What if I want to collect my Season Ticket?

If you wish to collect your Season Ticket from Sincil Bank then please let us know before close of business on the 25th July by emailing admin@lincolncityfc.co.uk. A member of the Ticket Office will organise your request. Included in your email must be your name, season ticket number (this is a 9-digit number starting with a 7) and your ticket type (e.g. concession).

Can I collect my Season Ticket on behalf of somebody else?

Yes, but you must provide proof of their age if collecting any Season Ticket that is not a full priced adult and you must follow the procedure as above for every Season Ticket card that you wish to collect.

Can I collect my Season Ticket at the first home game of the season?

Yes, but due to an expected sellout crowd you should arrive early to avoid long queues.

How do I verify my age for my new Season Ticket?

This only applies to those fans that have purchased a discounted ticket (concession/young adult/junior). Verification of age must be done via a birth certificate, passport or driving license. You can do this in two ways;

-          Email a copy of your ID and Season Ticket number to tickets@lincolncityfc.co.uk.

-          Provide proof of age at the ticket office.

Please note you are welcome to provide proof of age anytime, up to and including the 22nd September at 2.30pm.

How do I verify my disability for my new Season Ticket?

Please provide proof of PIP or your Disability Living Allowance using one of the methods above.

How do I get my away tickets before I receive my Season Ticket card?

Any supporters wishing to purchase away or cup tickets before receiving their card will be able to obtain their new Season Ticket order number from their confirmation email. This is a 9-digit number beginning with a 7 and is the access code you will need purchase the ticket.

Will I be able to gain entrance to Sincil Bank via my mobile or paper ticket?

Admittance to the first game will be via your Season Ticket card only. Other forms of entry (e.g. Eventbrite app) will be in operation from the Bury fixture on the 21st August.

The Club appreciate your support and patience at this time, however please be assured all office staff are working hard to reduce the processing time to ensure fans have their Season Tickets in hand – via their desired method - as soon as practically possible.
