Lincoln City Football Club is seeking to recruit a dynamic, energetic and ambitious person to lead the Youth Academy in the position of Academy Manager.
Damian Froggatt, the current Head of Youth, steps down from his role at the end of the season after recently taking up a new opportunity within the Football club, thus opening a vacancy at Lincoln City for a new Academy Manager.
A high performing, sustainable and productive Academy is one of Lincoln City’s primary strategic objectives both now and in the future and with that in mind, candidates for the role as Academy Manager must aspire to deliver elite standards in coaching, teaching and lifelong learning, as well as being an inspirational and ambitious leader, winner and achiever by being the best they can be, every day.
