The Foundation have released their annual impact report to highlight the amazing work carried out in the local community throughout 2021-22.
The Foundation worked with close to 6,000 different participants, with almost 10,000 hours of delivery.
The report highlights the growing reach of the Foundation, which now helps communities across Lincolnshire.
Alex Bavin, director of quality and development, said: “We are delighted with our latest Impact Report which showcases the Foundation, it’s programmes and our super team.
“Creating happier, healthier and inspired communities is at the heart of everything we do. We have exciting plans for the future and look forward to continuing our relationships with our partners to make a greater impact in the communities that we serve.”
