City supporters are reminded that it is not permitted to enter the field of play before, during or after Saturday’s game against Portsmouth.
The club intend to conduct end of season presentations after the match, with players receiving awards to recognise their contributions throughout the campaign.
Therefore it is important that fans of both teams avoid entering the field of play at any point so proceedings can run safely and effectively.
If a pitch incursion does occur at full-time then City’s award ceremony will not take place and fans will not get the chance to show their appreciation.
It is our responsibility to ensure that the LNER Stadium remains a safe environment for supporters, players and officials, and any pitch incursion could mean a financial penalty imposed on the club.
