City strengthened their coaching staff with the appointment of Chris Cohen as assistant head coach on Saturday 13 January 2024.
Cohen had previously been at the Imps having helped Tom Shaw during his spell as interim head coach earlier in the season, and is now working alongside Tom in supporting head coach Michael Skubala.
Cohen has Premier League coaching experience having been assistant to Nathan Jones at Southampton, continuing their partnership from their hugely successful time at Luton Town. He also had previous coaching roles at Nottingham Forest, following an illustrious playing career in the Garibaldi red.
