Lincoln City Football Club is proud to announce the appointment of Liam Scully as Chief Executive Officer.
Liam will be joining the Club on 7 August after a distinguished career with Doncaster Rovers, including a stint as Chief Executive of Club Doncaster Foundation before becoming Chief Operating Officer of Rovers in 2015.
Chairman Bob Dorrian commented: "We are looking forward to welcoming Liam to the Club. The Board recognised a while ago that once our promotion to the EFL was secured that we would need to appoint a dynamic CEO to lead the Club on our journey through the EFL pyramid.
"This is a clear statement from the Board that they have very high ambitions for the future of Lincoln City Football Club."
Liam added: “I am excited by the opportunity at Lincoln City and as part of the recruitment process have spent a lot of time with the Chairman and directors as well as Danny and Nicky Cowley to understand their vision for the Club.
"There is plenty for us all to look forward to given the impressive season ticket sales and, slightly further down the line, a new training ground and stadium.
"This is a club whose results I have always looked out for as I have family in the area and my parents lived close to Sincil Bank after they got married."
