Vital Lincoln City Pledge

Supporters' message board and social media site Vital Lincoln City have continued their fantastic fundraising efforts for the club by promising to donate £3,000 towards the club’s new training ground.

Vital Lincoln City have played a key part in fundraising for the club in recent years through clicks on their website. Already this season they have renewed their sponsorship of Callum Howe, Nathan Arnold and Luke Waterfall as well as their latest pledge of £3,000 towards the new training ground.

“Vital Lincoln City will be boosting the training ground fund by a further £3,000 after 89.04% of our members voted in favour," said Vital Lincoln City’s Philip Priddle.

"We have our best manager for 40 years, a manager with the potential to take us to some very exciting places. We feel it is imperative to seize that opportunity and give Danny and his team our absolute backing."

Lincoln City Director Clive Nates had this to say:

“We are always grateful for the ongoing contributions from Vital Lincoln City, and now again for their latest contribution towards our new training ground which we hope will be a reality before too long.” Nates said.

“The training ground is a top priority for Danny and Nicky and it is pleasing to see the positive response from fans towards recent efforts to raise funds for this development. Last season’s success has provided us with the ability to make significant investment into both the playing squad and other areas of the club to enable us to compete and meet the additional requirements of operating in the EFL.

“It would be reckless however not to establish a war chest from our extraordinary FA Cup run to protect us against any potential headwinds in the future. Against that background it is therefore very pleasing to welcome this latest donation from Vital Lincoln City. Thanks to Julian Burley and all the participants on the forum who made this possible.”
