Lincoln City Football Club have been awarded a five-star hygiene rating for another year.
The high standards award comes following a visit from inspectors, where all internal catering areas are thoroughly inspected under the Food Standard Agency’s code of practice.
Subsequently, following that inspection, the officer then scores the premises on a range of factors from food hygiene, structural standards including cleanliness, and confidence in management.
Ian McCallum, Head of Business Operations, said:
“We pride ourselves on our hard work and diligence across the club in all areas and to gain this tremendous rating yet again only serves as a perfect example of that.
This rating allows all our visitors, from supporters and guests on a matchday to our venue guests throughout the week, to be be safe in the knowledge that they will get the best service possible. It’s testament to all the hard work that has been put in by all the venue staff, without whom this wouldn’t be possible.”
