We are pleased to announce that those supporters who renewed their Season Ticket for the 2019/20 season will be able to collect their cards from 5pm tomorrow (24th July) in the Travis Perkins Suite prior to our fixture against Stoke City. Information regarding those supporters that purchased a new Season Ticket will be announced in due course with these expected to be delivered and processed by the Ticket Office early next week.
Those that opted to have their Season Tickets posted out to them should receive their ticket(s) in the coming days.
For those collecting tickets, you must state your Full Name(s), Ticket Type (i.e. Concession) and Order/Membership Number to be given your Season Ticket card(s). You may also collect tickets on behalf of friends and families but you must also provide the same information as requested. We cannot allow any tickets to be collected without all of the above details being provided.
Please be reminded that 2019/20 Season Ticket Holders can only gain admission to fixtures using their Season Ticket card or a matchday version of their Season Ticket acquired from the Ticket Office at Sincil Bank. E-Season Tickets are not in use this season so we urge all Season Ticket Holders to collect their tickets as soon as possible.
The club will also be adjusting opening hours for Season Ticket collections between now and the opening league game against Accrington (see below).

We understand that some supporters will not be able to collect their tickets until the day of the Accrington fixture (3rd August). An announcment will be made with regards to collection points nearer to the fixture date.
