Following the conclusion of this evening’s game against Scunthorpe United we would like to address some issues that some supporters were experiencing with the live stream of the game.
As mentioned over the weekend, when the live stream was announced. We were using a new piece of wireless technology to bring the game to you from LNER Stadium this evening as the iFollow and LNER stadium infrastructure was undergoing vital maintainance meaning that it was not possible to be utilised to show the game on the iFollow platform.
Whilst some supporters did experience issues, others were able to access the game live as it happened. However, we will be speaking to the providers of the equipment over the next 24 hours to better understand and aim to resolve the issues that some viewers experienced going forward.
