Following the announcement yesterday from the Prime Minister, we have taken the decision to temporarily close the club store and ticket office at LNER Stadium until further notice.
This action is precautionary and was done entirely in line with the recommendations set out by the UK government and the country’s chief scientific and medical advisors, who have requested that people should avoid non-essential contact and travel along with recommending that people should work from home where possible as the coronavirus pandemic continues to develop.
At this time, the Lincoln City Store within the Waterside Shopping Centre store will remain open in line with other retailers, however, this situation is continually being monitored and could be subject to change at short notice. The online store which can be found at www.lincolncityshop.com remains open for all purchases of Imps’ merchandise.
Whilst the offices and club store at LNER Stadium are closed staff members will be on hand to accept emails, therefore departments at the club can be contacted via email with all the relevant departments listed HERE
For anyone wishing to return any tickets as per the announcement made on Friday 13th March, we have installed a post box at the stadium for supporters to return tickets safely and then the appropriate action will be taken with refunds processed directly to the supporter as required.
