The ticket office at the LNER Stadium will be open every day this week for collections and assistance with the new Ticketmaster system.
The office will be staffed from 10am-5pm from Monday 9th August until Friday 13th August.
Staff can explain the online ticketing system to fans so they can purchase tickets for games using the system in the future.
Match tickets can be collected, but Season Cards will not be available from the LNER Stadium.
Tickets should still be purchased online via eticketing.co.uk/imps
