City have been recognised for their commitment to equality at the Lincolnshire Business Awards.
City were name equality trailblazer at Friday night's ceremony, organised by the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce.
The club were also highly commended in the Community Business of the Year category.
City chief executive Liam Scully said: "It feels fitting that we received this award the day before our dedicated Her Game Too fixture, which also fell on our Junior Takeover Day.
"We're proud of our efforts to increase football participation in traditionally under-represented sections of our communities, and the development of the Stacey West Stand to provide a new home for our Foundation will further help us develop this."
