We are thrilled to announce that we have teamed up with a sports ticketing leader, Ticketmaster Sport. In a move to provide our fans with the best ticketing service possible, we have decided to partner with the market leading technology provider who supply ticketing solutions for a host of football clubs and venues across the Premier League and EFL.
We’ve been listening to the fans and we wanted a partner to better engage with our supporters and stakeholders, as well as deliver new and emerging technologies.
After a competitive tender process, we found that Ticketmaster Sport exceeded these requirements and we’re excited for our fan base to start benefitting from this new partnership.
Amongst many features, the Ticketmaster platform will allow fans to be able to purchase, receive, transfer, sell and upgrade tickets via their mobile devices.
In light of the ongoing pandemic and health requirements presented in recent months, we’ll also be migrating as many tickets to mobile devices as possible. The well-being of our supporters is paramount and digital ticketing will allow us to effectively track all attendees should track and tracing be required.
